Yea, wat up men and women. just about every other battle page here's gone down the tubes, so yaddayaddayadda, you know how it works. This one's gonna be active for at least the summer.It's a sucky name, but at least it's active. Battles will be posted when there's enough active writers in the club.

Battles usually have just one round, although tournaments will be given a trial run in the near future. Most battles contain 2 or 3 people, but sometimes more. This is all chosen by the random will of the admin. There are also Free For All battles, where rather than being paired with someone, all you have to do is NOTE or COMMENT the club with a link to your piece. (Although it is good to tell me if you're participating, so your name can be in the journal!)

To join the club, NOTE the page saying you want to join and DevWatch the page.
EVERY time you want to battle, COMMENT THE JOURNAL and you'll be put into a battle within a few days, hopefully.
If there is a battle running that you can make the deadline of, do a piece and let me know about it with a note. You don't have to ask to join in. Just means you don't have to sit around waiting for my ok to do a battle. It's all good so long as you come up with the goods.

BATTLE WORDS/CHARACTERS: Chosen by the admin. Don't modify/change word.
Specific BATTLE TYPES can be asked for; e.g Handstyle battle, Character battle, etc. Backgrounds and characters etc. are optional if no specific battle type is given.

Each battle will have a set deadline to be completed in, usually a week. If you can't post a battle for whatever reason PLEASE NOTE the club. This is out of respect for your opponents. If you don't note the club, or keep fobbing it off for a few days, your opponents will battle without you.

To post your battle, put it in your gallery with the name "PB-_______" (battle word goes in space) and comment the journal or note the page saying DONE and put a link to your piece. As soon as both pieces are up, voting lasts for 3 days.

Writer ratings: shows number of battles entered, and wether the writer came 1st, 2nd etc. in chronological (gotta have that as a battle word) order.

Voting. This has been updated, as nobody followed the points system I so loved. Just vote writers 1ST, 2ND and so on. Stating who you think should win is no use in a battle with 3 or more writers, as they need places too! ALSO, we love critique on this site. Feel free to be honest in your opinion, but keep it real. Don't use it as an excuse to bitch at someone.

Letter style is restricted to simples/throwups to make it easier for those new to digital.
It is acceptable to do an outline on paper and colour in digital tho.
